UNCOVERED CLASSICS AND RE-CREATED HITS

We don’t play typically overplayed songs, we chose classics that have been somewhat buried under the populist pile and uncover them to present them to our audience in a fresh style, often overlaid with Violin, Cello, Mandolin and even the Tuba. Whilst we draw on our first adolescent musical memories of the likes of Zeppelin and Gary Moore in the UK, we also take more modern hits from our children’s worldwide playlists such as Greenday and Kings of Convenience… to name but a few.

We enjoy playing music festivals. Afternoon performances suit both ourselves and our audiences well, we have a wide ranging repertoire with suitably laid back instrumental based songs that compliment our higher energy “singalong bangers”

DORSET GENE POOL and THE MISSING LINKS

For individual events requiring longer performance times Titch and John perform support as The Missing Links - Fiddle driven tunes ranging from Balkan to Bluegrass, and many points between. Providing great contrast for your event - two bands for the price of three … well, we really are rather good 🙂
